1. Using This Site
This site is a catalogue. Browse it, search it, and follow the links to our storefronts. Please don't scrape, copy, or republish the site's images or text without written permission — note that this is separate from what you may do with products you've actually purchased, which is covered below.
2. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, and downloadable products are the intellectual property of Whimsical Art Prints unless stated otherwise. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
3. What You Can Do With Purchased Files
Buying a collection grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. Unless a product description says otherwise, you may use the files in finished products you sell — physical or digital — with no additional licensing fee.
You may not: resell, share, or redistribute the files themselves in their original or substantially unaltered form; claim the artwork as your own; include them in a competing digital-asset bundle or stock library; or use them unlawfully.
We keep our own rights. Your licence is non-exclusive — the same designs remain available to other buyers, and to us. We continue to sell these files, and to sell finished products made from them through our own storefronts, including physical products on Zazzle. Buying a collection doesn't limit what we can make or sell with our own artwork.
4. Purchases & Refunds
Nothing is sold directly on this site. All purchases are made through our Etsy and Zazzle storefronts, and payment, delivery, refunds, and disputes are governed by those platforms' terms and policies. That said — if something's wrong with a file you bought from us, please write. We'd much rather fix it than have you stuck with it.
5. Links to Other Sites
We link to external sites, including our storefronts and social profiles. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
6. No Warranties
This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Whimsical Art Prints and its owner are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its products.
