Whimsical Art Prints is a small independent shop run from Malaysia. This page explains, plainly, what we collect and what we don't.
What This Site Collects
Almost nothing. This is a static catalogue — there are no accounts, no logins, no comments, and no shopping cart. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store the email address you give us and use it for one thing: occasional emails about new collections and freebies. We never sell or rent it. You can unsubscribe from any email, or write to us and we'll remove your address and confirm once it's done.
Purchases
All purchases happen on Etsy or Zazzle, not here. Those platforms collect your payment and delivery information as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies, and we only ever see what they choose to share with a seller in order to fulfil an order. We never see your card details.
Email Us
Anything you send to our contact address is used only to answer you, and is kept no longer than it's useful for that.
Your Rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you those rights explicitly, along with the right to withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In Malaysia, the same applies under the PDPA. Whichever you're covered by, one email to us is enough — we'd rather just sort it out than make you cite a statute.
Hosting
This site is served from a content delivery network, which keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. Those logs are not used to identify or track individual visitors.
